Messaging program terms

  • The program. Strawberry Bear, LLC sends scheduling and coordination text messages — meeting confirmations, availability checks, reminders, and rescheduling — from (956) 403-6512 to individuals who have agreed to receive them. There are no marketing, promotional, or bulk messages.
  • How you join. By submitting your number and ticking the consent box on the sign-up form, or by agreeing out loud when asked. Both are described in full on the home page. Consent is never a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Message frequency. Varies and is low — only as needed to coordinate a meeting.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Strawberry Bear does not charge for the messages.
  • How you stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to resubscribe, or HELP for support information.
  • Support. support@strawberrybear.life or (956) 403-6512.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on a text message for anything time-critical or urgent.
  • Supported carriers. Major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and resellers.

Using the service

  • Acceptable use. Strawberry Bear is used only for its intended purpose — scheduling and coordination messaging with recipients who have consented. It is not used unlawfully, or to harass or harm anyone.
  • Your number. Only give a number you control. If you change or give up a number that was signed up, tell us at support@strawberrybear.life so we can stop messaging it.
  • Your choice. If you receive a message, you may reply STOP at any time. You will not be contacted again.
  • No warranty. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may be unavailable or change at any time.
  • Changes. Strawberry Bear, LLC may modify or discontinue the service at any time. Revised terms are posted here with a new "last updated" date.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

Privacy

What we collect and how it is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
