What we collect
- The names and phone numbers of the people the service communicates with.
- If you use the sign-up form: the number you entered, the date and time, the exact consent wording shown to you, and your IP address and browser user-agent — kept as the record of your consent.
- If you gave consent verbally: the date, your number, and the wording that was read to you — kept for the same reason.
- The content of the scheduling messages exchanged, so the assistant can carry on a coordination conversation coherently.
Why we collect it
Solely to operate the service: to know who a message is to or from, to keep a scheduling conversation coherent, and to be able to show — for any number we have messaged — when and how that person agreed to be messaged.
How your data is stored and shared
Data is stored on Strawberry Bear, LLC's own server. It is never sold, rented, or traded, and it is not shared with anyone.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use Twilio as our messaging carrier/processor to deliver the service's messages. This is service delivery — passing a message through the carrier that sends it to your phone — not sharing your information for marketing.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will not be contacted again at that number. Reply HELP for support information. You can also write to support@strawberrybear.life. Consenting to text messages is never a condition of any purchase or service.
Retention and deletion
If you have exchanged messages with the assistant and want your phone number and message history deleted, email support@strawberrybear.life and we will delete it.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new "last updated" date. Consent records keep the wording that was actually shown at the time they were made.
